Project Description

The project includes ten three and four storey buildings plus a 100-Bed Residential Aged Care facility and 345 one and two-bedroom Residential Living units inclusive of affordable housing for people over the age of 55. The site will also include a large community centre, a café, extensive landscaping with a kids play area, a variety of internal and external communal spaces for all residents, and a range of outdoor amenities to promote health and social interaction.

Central were contracted to provide Design and Construction services on this project.
